New Search Report Form

NPBA has replaced the search report form and also the way the report is submitted to the search report coordinator.

Do not use the old report form. Please delete any old and unused search report forms from your computer.

How to submit a search report.

The new form mirrors the NPBA search report form now being used in the field which includes an area that reports the work of your hound. Please follow these instructions to submit a report.

  1. Download the new search report form to your computer. This allows you easy access to complete your report at anytime without having to access the Internet. Place the form on your desktop, in a special folder, or anywhere on your computer you want to store the form. You only need to download the form once. The form can be downloaded to multiple computers.
  2. Fill in the form. Save the completed report to your computer by going to the “File” menu and selecting “Save As….” Your computer will prompt you to name the file and ask you where to save it.
  3. To submit the form to the search report coordinator, send an e-mail to searchreports@npba.com and attach the search report. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that the report was submitted.

You may also print a hard copy of the search report for use in the field.
