Seminars are hosted by the National Police Bloodhound Association in conjunction with a sponsoring law enforcement agency.

This seminar is being held at The Clarion of Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The first 25 handlers and hounds to submit a registration form with payment will be accepted. The deadline for all registrations is October 15, 2010. All fees are prepaid — no exceptions.
Doctor I. Lehr Brisbin is a scientist at Savanna River Ecology Labs in Georgia. He is a long time supporter of bloodhounds, especially in law enforcement work. Doctor Brisbin has periodically attended National Police Bloodhound Association seminars over the years and participated in field work. He is a well known and published authority on all things in the canine world, having special interest in researching the origin and evolution of the family Canidae. Despite traveling the world in the course of his research efforts, he is more than willing to walk behind a bloodhound team to see and better understand our man trailing craft. As our guest speaker he can provide much information regarding current events and expert testimony.
